In spite of the fact that it’s by a long shot the littlest of the Scandinavian nations, Denmark once governed all of Norway and a lot of southern Sweden. Before at that point, it was home base for wild Viking warriors. Present day Danes, in any case, are strikingly balanced — sorted out, yet accommodating, with a wry comical inclination. From Copenhagen to little ship-in-bottle islands, the Danish scene is similarly smooth, with moving slopes, covered rooftop farmhouses, beech woodlands, and whitewashed places of worship with stairstep peaks… and none of it more than 30 miles from the ocean.
