Terms & Conditions

By booking or participating in a tour and any related products or services with Palomino Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”):-

  1. By booking a Tour or any other services you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you make a booking on behalf of other participants, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept these Terms on behalf of the other participants in your party.
  2. We reserve the right to amend the price of unsold tours or any other services at any time and correct errors in the prices of confirmed tours.
  3. From time-to-time, Palomino Hospitality Private Limited may offer reduced pricing on certain products or services. Reduced pricing applies only to new bookings. Bookings where payment of at least a deposit has been received are not entitled to reduce pricing.
  4. Certain products or services offered by Palomino Hospitality Private Limited may require you to make full payment at the time of booking. Palomino Hospitality Private Limited will advise you of any such requirements prior to the confirmation of the applicable booking.
  5. In case of making the deposits or payments by credit cards, as a traveler or participant, you agree and accept full responsibility for payments and will hold Palomino Hospitality Private Limited harmless from any amount that is chargeback or disputed. All chargebacks or disputed amounts must be paid back to Palomino Hospitality Private Limited promptly.
  6. In the event of cancellation of travel arrangements and/or services due to any reasons–we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the time/date we receive your intimation in writing. Details of the applicable Cancellation fees will be listed in the confirmation of services shared with you prior to the payment.
  7. In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as listed in the confirmation of services, and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 – 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the credit card or bank charges, as the case may be, would be debited from the refund amount.
  8. The Contract and these Terms are subject to the laws of Delhi, India and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India for the resolution of any dispute under these Terms or concerning any Tour, product or service.
